Join YWCA Quad Cities at Lindsay Park Yacht Club on Saturday, October 21 for the 2023 RACE AGAINST RACISM presented by IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union. The morning includes a 5K race with prizes for the top 3 male and female finishers, and a 1 mile fun run for the whole family! Race registration is open now, and includes a t-shirt! All proceeds support YWCA Quad Cities Empowerment & Social Justice Programs! We will start the morning at 930 with the recognition of our 2023 Ambassadors of Change, and the race will start at 1000am.
As part of the ANNUAL RACE AGAINST RACISM presented by IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union, YWCA Quad Cities will continue with the tradition of recognizing and honoring Quad Citizens for their personal impact on fighting racism in our community. Nominees selected will be honored at the RACE AGAINST RACISM on Saturday, October 21 @ Lindsay Park Yacht Club. This year, the presentation will take place before the race.
