YWCA Quad Cities Race Against Racism

The Race Against Racism was started in 2019 and is a 5k walk/run and one mile fun run. This event is special because at each Race, YWCA Quad Cities honors Ambassadors of Change -- those is our community who are standing up against racism. Anyone can be nominated for this award, and all are welcome to come to the race or attend the Ambassador of Change Ceremony. The race typially takes place in April at Lindsay Park Yacht Club. Run or walk down the scenic river path, and support a great cause! YWCA Quad Cities Race Against Racism promotes fitness while supporting a good cause, empowering people in their health journeys while engaging the community to overcome social inequality.
